Sarah Kroh is a Texas-based genealogist who enjoys bringing ancestors to life with stories, photos, and historical context - even if they aren't her ancestors! Her favorite record types are obituaries, city directories, yearbooks, and county tax rolls. She holds a BA in History from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and outside of genealogy, she enjoys museums, puzzles and writing gothic fiction.Sarah served on the board of Williamson County Genealogical Society in the capacity of Librarian from 2020 to 2023. She continues to volunteer with WCGS as the daytime facilitator of Georgetown Genealogy Chat. She has given dozens from presentations in the Central Texas area since 2018 with various organizations and societies.
